There is one absolutely essential use of the keyboard in WoW: controlling movement. There are two sets of keys that work: the arrow keys, and the WASD keys (W: Forward; A: Left; S: Backward; D: Right). While movement is the only thing that you need the keyboard for, a multitude of keyboard shortcuts exist to make playing the game easier. All shortcuts are changeable by hitting Escape (Esc) and selecting "Key Bindings" from the menu that pops up.
Below is a list of the most commonly used keyboard shortcuts. It is by no means a complete list. A complete list can be found in the Key Bindings section from the ingame Options menu.
