Notes from the first meeting:
Topic: to learn how to play music from Andean countries, learn how to play a charango, learn the lyrics (and proper pronunciation) as well as the meaning of the lyrics
Need to meta-blog: need to be writing about the process of pulling together the group, learning the music, learning to play the instruments (especially with the wrist in a sling!)
need to post recordings of the group practicing (snippets)
For next week:
identify members of the group (Los Sin Miedos) (Luke on sax? Hoolia on vocals?) Choose songs Begin finding out what the songs mean
4/27 Discussed the need to make the work that is going in to the project VISIBLE to the readers and commenters. Oso should think about writing about what is happening, what he is thinking about, how he chose the people he chose to be in the SinMiedos as well as posting their work to date.
