How do you make a podcast?

A podcast is nothing more than an mp3 file embedded in a blog (or a web page)

The steps to make a podcast:

1) record your voice (either in the ilc or with your iTalk on you iPod)
1.5) Give your mp3 file a name (and keep the .mp3 suffix)
2) Open your blog and go to Entries
3) Go to Upload File
4) find the mp3 file you want to upload
5) Click on UPLOAD
6) Click on the "show me the code" and then copy the code
7) Paste the code into the text box for your post...add additional information in the textbox to describe the podcast (example: what is this podcast about? Where were you when you recorded it? With whom? Did you cover everything you wanted to? If not...write it in the textbox! How do you think it came out? etc etc etc)
