Matt’s Homework: Iconic and Indexical Examples
Every time i hear the song “free bird” by Leonard Skinner i am immediately reminded of a game guitar hero. You play the song on a fake guitar in the game which definitely strengthens the indexical connection between the two.The song “Duel of the Fates” by John Williams makes me feel like something dangerous is approaching. This spurs on a certain excitement and intensity within me. Consequently i listen to this song before every game i play.
