for the record: that big lump on his/her neck is a fresh load of birdseed from mom and dad. i’ll leave it to you to decide whether the parents overfill the babies to give them nutrients, or to shut them up.

actually, that’s the ‘keets being noisy at the moment. i can’t tell whether they really like or really hate listening to ‘don’t phunk with my heart’ …
